Cold Spring, 2004 |
January 2004 -- hiking above the tiny village of Cold Spring, just off the Hudson River, about an hour's train ride north of New York City. It was cold, cold, cold!

About a half hour into the hike, we were already at a good altitude. The views were, in a word, spectacular.
